   This website is institutional and informational in nature, presenting SSC's services, projects and management policies. It does not constitute a binding contractual offer; any commercial relationship will be formalised through a specific contract.

   These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mozambique. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Maputo.
